Welcome to our studio
We are a historical professional technical office that has been operating in the area for more than thirty years. The offices are located in the municipality of Dogliani, a central and characteristic town in the Langhe that has become part of the "UNESCO World Heritage Site". We love our job and we understand the salient aspects of our customers' vision and expectations.
We deal with thirty years of experience in the renovation of old farmhouses, renovations of buildings in the historic center, design of new houses with particular attention to eco-friendly sustainable architecture, the renovation and new construction of industrial and agricultural complexes.
All our projects always reflect a synthesis between tradition and contemporary design , to guarantee the best aesthetic and functional relationship of the building with the surrounding environment but at the same time ensuring maximum comfort and functionality for the customer.
For the realization of the project in its entirety we also cooperate with others external professionals specialized in various construction sectors by creating a team that can follow your project in its entirety and always having the answers to all your needs. -The team is united and guided by the love for the Langhe, by the attention to nature and the traditions of the area and understands that the best project it is created from the integration of all these aspects , in a sustainable way with a perfect balance between comfort, practicality and traditions.
We all work together with enthusiasm to express the utmost professionalism, we also know the local reality of the best builders and craftsmen, with the consequent possibility of including the use of natural materials of the Langhe in the design and carefully mixing traditional construction techniques with current and most exclusive and refined materials offered on the market.

STUDIO TECNICO MANERA
MANERA SABRINA
Architect and founder of PDH
Graduated in Architecture at the Polytechnic of Turin in 1995.
My graduation thesis focused on the typical colors and materials of the Langhe and local architecture, and is currently deposited at the UNESCO library in Turin. When I wrote my thesis I had already started to develop my passion for Langhe culture and tradition. In the following years I began to specialize in the restoration and restoration of historic rustic houses in the Langhe.
Over the years I have attended numerous specialization courses for renovations, restorations and new constructions with due attention
into anti-seismic checks and calculations to maintain the structural integrity of the old buildings and new ones.
I also attended specialization courses related to the sustainable construction sector such as: new sustainable architecture and relationship with climate change; design as per NZEB 2020 regulation, etc. I have followed and completed these courses to obtain a specialization finalized for the creation of buildings with a focus on energy saving and environmental sustainability.
Ecological awareness must emerge from every building that is sustainable, starting from its image, its functionality and how it relates with the surrounding environment.
IVANO MANERA
Surveyor / Specialized in reliefs
Graduated to the college of Geometri of Mondovì dice 1196, I have twenty years of experience in cadastral, topographical surveys with all instruments to survey and measure buildings and land, from traditional to the most advanced instruments with laser, GPS and DRONE . I can process and digitize the surveys made of rural, civil and industrial buildings in the area , through topographical and cadastral software.
I have a driving license for DRONES (SAPRENAC) and I can carry out the surveys according to the law with my DJI drone .-
I have specialized in building safety since 1997 and have followed training courses for energy requalification and thermography .-
I am able to control and prepare, with years of experience, the steps of the real estate sector through acquisitions, exchanges, donations, divisions and successions.
I'm able to provide geological advice in rural areas for the management of agricultural land and water regimentation.
In particular, my passion is the reconstruction of the cadastral properties of the borders, with the greatest possible precision also in real time with new GPS technologies, GOOGLE MAPS and software for overlaying cadastral maps.

MAURO PIACENZA
Engineer
I’m Structural engineer and I’ve reached my Master degree at Turin Polytechnic in Civil Engineer; I’ve been sign up in the Register of Engineers in France on 08.10.1999 and I’d been certificated for Teaching in School from 04.05.2000; CEO of Sigma Consult Engineering srl since 2009;
Involved as works supervisor consultant for non-governmental organizations for UN projects, P.N.U.D., H.R.C., E.C.O. relative to aqueducts, roads, infrastructure, schools, clinics since 2007 in progress.-Actually designer and Work’s director for SMAT (Company manager wastewater )
As Civil Engineering and Hydraulics consulting office , we are operating in North Italy since 1994 in Building industrial structural restoring and we’ve concerned as specialist technician in Seismic Restoration of Historical Buildings and design of metal structures; Since 2008 We’ve been involving in project and work’s management on hydraulic networks in aqueducts and sewers design.

Because of our interest for new technologies bring me to use ground breaking materials such as Resins Injection for ground reinforcement for Industrial buildings Foundations lowering and waterproofing concrete tunnelling structures. About that in 2008 I’ve concerned in project and works director of tunnelling restoring of the Lines M1 and M3 for ATM MILANOMetropolitane Milanesi.
MAURO SARTORE
Architect / Interior design
Graduated at the Faculty of Architecture of Venice I.U.A.V. in 1995.
My degree thesis titled "Relief and Reconstruction of the Castle of the Dukes of Pico - Mirandola" is kept in the archives of IUAV - Venice. I’m an Architect and specialist in interior and exterior luxury furnishings designer of villas, residences, renovations buildings, nationally and internationally work management and contracts.- I have decades of experience in the design of residential villas and turnkey furniture in Russia (Moscow) and adjacent countries and also so many collaborations with Studio Tecnico Manera with experience of interior restoration of historic building in Langhe.- I have experience and Participation in various international competitions for Design Contest and I had exhibit my prototypes at the Satellite Pavilion - Fiera del Mobile - Milan -
I have been Architect responsible for luxury interior design and contract in Moscow - Russia - and various national and international collaborations with major brands (Faoma - SUM - Santo Passaia - Lab Design - Zuccati Interior - Studio Crea - 2 Square - Idk Italy - Big Fountain ) .
ALBERTO GIACOSA
Electrical engineer

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering at the Politecnico di Torino in 2008 and specialize in ENERGY MANAGER with ISO 50001 exam: 2011
I am concerned with the energy upgrading of existing buildings and the design of thermal installations with the use of renewable sources to minimize the energy needs of the building.
The energy redevelopment project will serve to consume less energy, reduce heating and air conditioning costs, resulting in improved comfort and well-being within your home. It will also be part of the world effort to significantly reduce fossil fuel consumption by protecting the environment in which we live and contributing to the reduction of pollution.
I conduct instrumental surveys on existing buildings using certified instrumentation such as the Thermometer or the Thermal Imager and data processing programs and tools, to carry out the cost-benefit assessment by submitting a report on a complete AUDIT ENERGY project on the building .
